Have you heard the saying “jack of all trades, master of none?” That doesn’t apply to Bob Kimlinger. He IS a master of his trade, literally. Bob is a Master Lexus Certified Diagnostic Specialist celebrating 25 wonderful years at Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers. 25 Years. That’s a long time at one job. That’s a lot of time to get to know people including coworkers, managers, and even customers.
To celebrate Bob’s 25th anniversary, the entire staff came together for pizza, a card signed by everyone, cake, and a little camaraderie in the service department at Scanlon Lexus. Everyone took a little time out of their hectic schedules to congratulate Bob on his many years at Scanlon. For his anniversary, he received a gift certificate to Top Golf where he can celebrate some more. He also posed with an employee certificate recognizing his time and skills in a job well done.
Aaron Pless, Fixed Operations Director at Scanlon Lexus says Bob is a pleasure to work with. “Bob is one of the most knowledgeable auto professionals I have run across in 20 years. The man is a walking Lexus encyclopedia. I think he surprises himself sometimes!”
Bob’s not done yet! When asked about his job, Bob said “seeing a customer’s appreciation first-hand is an awesome feeling. It gives you a sense of satisfaction that you have done your job and have done it well.” Bob will continue to do his job well and Scanlon Lexus couldn’t be happier.
