Always an easy time at Lexus of fort Myers when I need to have a service or maintenance done on my car. Staff is super friendly and quick to attend to me. They never try to upsell anything if it’s not needed and that’s something I really appreciate. My service advisor Benjamin was professional and kind along with the Service manager Sam, he is always making sure customers are taken care of. 10/10 as always!

Scanlon Lexus does a good job selling and keeping cars on the road. The website is a bit wonky, but the personnel who work there more than make up for it. Shout out to my service consultant Daniel Hoffman who did a great job in keeping the 40K mile appointment going smoothly and efficiently. Been with Scanlon since I’ve moved to Florida and am happy with my choice.

Vann my service agent was very good, he resolved a problem with my voice texting, I had previously pointed out during other services and the problem was never resolved. Vann was constantly in touch throughout the process.
Always great service. My rep, Steph, is always so helpful, courtesy and friendly. She goes above and beyond to find out what may be under warranty (others haven’t done that for me in the past), and is such a joy to work with. The car is well taken care of by the service team, and even the guys that help you when you arrive are kind and professional! Great job!

Based on this new “premium” tires policy every time that I get a nail in them I have to pay 400 dollars and on top of that there is not spare tire or replacement kit on the car. I don’t understand that at all. Really disappointed

Dan was confused because he had 2 Smiths back to back so he never called me to check in.

The updates on my cell phone were not consistent. One said my car was in the 3rd step, then 10 minutes later, it said I had only checked in.
After over 90 minutes, I went back to the desk and was told, “Oh, it says it’s done.”

First service visit since dealership traded hands. (Scanlon to Lexus of FM) and not a good outcome. People there were great however the service preformed needed improvement. Received oil change & tire rotation at cost & 30 point check as part of service. Drove car home & woke up next morning to huge oil leak on garage floor! Yikes! Called dealer & scheduled revisit to correct problem. (Loose gasket around oil filter.) Aaron, service director handled the revisit and problem was corrected.
