Everybody just hates a roofing nail in your tire! Lexus Fort Myers helped tremendously by seeing me within 30 minutes, and this was at 4pm! My tire was unusual and they didn’t have it in stock, but no problem- they gave me a sweet loaner SUV for 24 hours so that I could come and get the car the following day! Friendly and efficient staff also helped to make it a great experience 🙂

Service was fine no concerns- however I put in my notes of appointment that I wanted to know approximate trade in value of my vehicle- and I also told service writer the same and he asked if I wanted a sales person to engage - and I replied yes. I sat in waiting room for 2 hrs while car was having brakes replaced and nobody ever approached me. I guess they don’t want to help clients upgrade their purchases

Dealer is easy to work with. Got service appointment quickly. Advisor, Vann was knowledgeable and kept me updated while I waited. Was there around lunch time and they provided sandwiches and snacks as usual. Attendant in waiting area is very helpful as well as very pleasant to everyone.

The worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership. A lot of empty promises and returned the car with scratches to fall behind the excuse “unfortunately we can’t accept responsibility” | sent the car to the shop for them to only fix half the problems and have to come back and get it the next day. There’s a lot of other places I would go before ever going back here.

Sarah the rep and Eddie the technician did an excellent job! While under Scanlon, I took my car in for air conditioner repair with no success. Evidently, the techs were too lazy to find out the issue. Yesterday, I mentioned to Sarah that my husband thought it was the door vents on the air conditioner that only sometimes blew air. Eddie, the technician checked the air conditioner vent doors and replaced them! There was no sales pressure and their excellence in service has changed my mind on future service.
